Rent is
to be at least one (1) week in advance at all times.

If, for
some reason, you are behind in your rent you will be sent
a Notice to Remedy Breach (RTA Form11) giving you 7 days
to rectify the breach.

If you do
not rectify the situation, a Notice to Leave (RTA Form
12) will be issued, again giving you 7 days to rectify
the breach.

If, after
these 2 notices, you do not catch your rent up to at least
one week (1) in advance, the matter will be lodged in
court so we can gain possession of the property you reside
in.

If you get
into these situations, which we hope you don't your name
will be lodged on TICA (the Tenancy Information Centre
of Australia) and debt on their database for 5 years.
TICA is a commonly used service by all real estate agents
(throughout Australia and New Zealand when checking tenancy
applications. Rarely do they accept an applicant who is
listed on TICA.

Minimising
our rental arrears is a company policy that is strongly
adhered to. The relevant forms/documents are sent on a
daily basis to ensure all areas are covered.
