Standard Charges

The following scale shows our standard charges.

1. A letting fee equivalent to one week's rental is applied. This is applied for our efforts in finding a suitable tenant when the property becomes vacant.
   
   
2. A Management fee of 8.5% of total rental monies collected.
   
   
3. A flat rate of $6.00 per month for administration and mail outs. We send a newsletter to our landlords monthly.
   
   
4. Remember, Property Management Fees are Tax Deductible.
