All applications
for tenancy are thoroughly reviewed and references from
prior landlords and workplace are carefully checked.
Upon suitable
application, we will immediately notify yourself to confirm
that you are in agreement with the arrangements. A deposit
is always taken from prospective tenants to hold over the
property.
At commencement
of tenancy, two (2) week's rent is payable in advance together
with bond monies calculated at the equivalent of 4 week's
rent.
The Tenancy
Information Centre of Australia is a national database of
delinquent tenants. TICA now has total coverage of Australia
and Newl Zealand.

& Associates is a participating member of TICA and every
application we receive is checked with TICA before approval
is given.
On average we
find one in ten applicants already have a TICA record. Every
bad tenant we encounter is immediately registered.
This system
really works as there is now in excess of 4,000 rental agencies
contributing to this database. This service is exclusively
available through rental agencies and private landlords
cannot participate.
