Welcome to
Our New Tenants
The following
is a list of guidelines to avoid misunderstanding at a later
date:
-
Rents are
to be paid either using the direct debit, rentcard or
cheque/money order.
-
Office hours
are Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.30pm and Saturday
mornings from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
-
Bond must
be paid the day of signing the lease and this must be
paid in cash.
-
Rents must
be paid in advance at all times.
-
Notice of
intention to vacate must be given in writing 2 weeks (14
days) prior to the vacating date. The tenant will then
be provided with a guide which will explain what we look
for when doing our final inspection.
-
Tenants
remain liable for rent on premises until keys are personally
returned to this office.
-
Body Corporate
by-laws apply where applicable.
-
Professional
carpet cleaning to be carried out at the end of the tenancy.
-
Premises
to be fumigated for fleas upon vacating by a registered
company and receipt produced, if pets have been on the
premises.
-
Tenants
are responsible for maintaining the property in an acceptable
manner so that the property does not detract from other
homes in the area.
-
It is the
responsibility of the tenant to keep noise to a minimum
to allow neighbours quiet enjoyment of their homes.
-
Unless otherwise
stated tenants are responsible for maintaining gardens
and pools at their own cost.
-
Please note
there is a $10.00 charge if the rent card is lost or not
returned at the end of the tenancy.
