is extremely important that you keep your rent up to date.
If you have a good record of paying your rent you will not
have trouble when it comes to renewing your lease or rent
other properties in the future.
On
the other hand a tenant with continual arrears will have
difficulty in obtaining a rental reference and accordingly
may experience problems in finding future accommodation.
We
try to make rent paying as easy and convenient as possible
by giving you a number of alternative methods to pay:

Direct
debit from your bank account to our account

Rent
card, which enables you to pay your rent over the phone
or over the Internet.

Payment
can be made by cheque at our office.
If
you know that for some reason you will be late with your
rent, please call our office and advise us accordingly.
If we know what is happening it makes things easier for
all.
