fans to be cleaned and filters washed.

(where applicable) to be thoroughly washed and cleaned.

(to be lifted out), windowsills, tracks and screens to
be cleaned.

All cupboards
to be cleaned thoroughly inside and out also on top.

Walls to
be washed and all marks/vluetak to be removed.

All light
fittings and fans to be cleaned, especially on top.

Top and
front of airconditioner and filters to be cleaned.

All floors
and skirtings to be washed.

Carpets
and lounges to be professionally cleaned and a receipt
must be provided.

Premises
to be professionally fumigated and deodorised and a receipt
must be provided if birds or animals have been kept on
the premises at any time during the tenancy.

Cobwebs
to be removed.
-
Lawns to
be mown and edges trimmed.
-
Flower beds
and pebbled areas to be weeded.

No garden
or house hold rubbish to be left on the premises.

Wheelie
bins to be emptied and washed.
-
Particular
attention to bathrooms, toilets and shower recess. Grouting
to be cleaned of soap residue and mould.

Driveways,
carports/garage and all concrete areas to be free from
oil and grease stains.

If property
is furnished all items are to be accounted for and left
in a clean working condition.

All switch
plates and controls to be wiped over.
-
All blown
light globes to be replaced.
-
If applicable,
watering systems to be checked and functioning.
