Godwin Witten & Associates was established in May 1991. Within a remarkably short period of time
the company developed into one of the most successful businesses of its kind in Cairns, a business and
reputation built on professionalism, integrity and results.
Alex Witten has been in the property industry for over 30 years, and from many different angles – from
development to sales, from auctioneering to property management.
Godwin Witten’s core business is property management, both residential and commercial and as such Godwin
Witten is the largest rental agency in Cairns and far North Queensland, however a sales department for
both residential and commercial properties is very active servicing the requirements of our landlords
as well as our overall client base.
Our company has also developed a solid and enviable position as consultants to developers but our recent
expansion and growing client base are testament to the fact that our business doesn’t stop there. Companies,
builders, landlords and a significant group of residential clients are all experiencing the satisfaction
