The Manager of Godwin Witten Realty, Jenny Sheppard has extensively worked within the Property management industry for over 35 years.
Jenny has been recognised as an outstanding property manager since she first entered this demanding vocation more than 35 years ago. During this time she has won industry awards for her professionalism and commitment.
She has now occupied her position with Godwin Witten & Associates for 29 years and her contribution is substantial.
Apart from managing a portfolio of properties, Jenny is also responsible for the operation of the trust account and the general office accounts. Jenny is responsible for the payment of accounts and the disbursement of rent monies to landlords.
